Honestly was skeptical ki ghar pe proper palliative care mil sakta hai like in hospital. We were completely wrong. The team actually listened to what my grandfather wanted, kept him comfortable, aur nurse was there during the hard moments. It wasn’t clinical or cold it was truly humane. Best care he’s received. Don’t assume home care means you’re settling.

Thanks to Ria Solanki of Caroline Health Care, we managed to find the most compassionate and caring day and night nurse for my ailing mother. Our day nurse, Veer Kaur needs a special call out. I have never seen such dedication and patience with which she is caring for my mother through out the day.. Samreen, the night nurse is constantly present to meet any needs that come up. I have had an excellent experience with Caroline Health. They have met their commitments. They have provided good resources, changeovers and also request for changes in personnel have been addressed effectively. They have quick access to equipment and consumables as required by the patient. Their key strength is the quick responsiveness in difficult situations when quick action is required. When I have approached them on any issue they have responded virtually immediately.
