Thanks to Ria Solanki of Caroline Health Care, we managed to find the most compassionate and caring day and night nurse for my ailing mother. Our day nurse, Veer Kaur needs a special call out. They have provided good resources, changeovers and also request for changes in personnel have been addressed effectively. They have quick access to equipment and consumables as required by the patient. Their key strength is the quick responsiveness in difficult situations when quick action is required. Asif, Mr. Saif and others were very prompt in providing the services we needed and we found them to be very transparent.

Exceptional Care in a Time of Need

My wife, son and I were faced with one of life's most challenging moments where we were involved in a road accident and sustained traumatic injuries. My wife had severe head injuries, 9 ribs fracture, pelvis bones fracture and punctured lungs and some damage to liver too in the accident . She was in ICU with ventilator for a very long time in hospital .Total duration in hospital was 27 days.

In the midst of this turmoil, we were fortunate to have connected with Caroline Health Care, the home nursing agency which the doctor in Venkateshwar hospital had advised , since recovery of patients in home is better , but it needs a very good agency. From the very first interaction, they demonstrated not only professionalism but also genuine compassion and dedication to my wife's recovery. We had also evaluated other MNC agency but the personal touch was missing.

The team comprising of a Nurse and a GDA were stationed 24x7 at our home, supported by an ex AIIMS trauma specialist and a nursing supervisor. They went above and beyond to ensure that my wife received the highest standard of care. They provided skilled nursing services tailored to her specific needs, addressing both her physical and emotional well-being.

Their expertise in managing trauma cases was evident, and they instilled confidence in us during a time of uncertainty. This was backed up by excellent physiotherapy and rehabilitation of the patient who was discharged on tubes to home ( trachestomy, ryle food pipe, body waste bag)

What truly stood out was the personalized attention and empathy shown by every member of the team. They didn't just see my wife as a patient but as a person deserving of dignity and respect. Their encouragement and support played a significant role in her journey towards recovery.

Additionally, the communication and coordination between the caregivers, medical professionals, and our family were seamless. We were kept informed every step of the way, which alleviated much of the stress associated with navigating such a complex situation.

Thanks to the unwavering dedication of Caroline Health Care team, my wife is now in a much better situation than we could have hoped for. Their commitment to excellence and compassionate care have made a lasting impact on our lives. We are forever grateful for their invaluable support during this challenging time.

What stood outstanding was their close coordination with the hospital specialist post discharge to ensure correct medical attention. The agency also helped during the OPD review by setting up coordination with hospital staff and doctors , where the patient was declared good under the agencys care, and all the tubes of body were removed.

I wholeheartedly recommend Caroline Health care to anyone in need of exceptional nursing care. They are more than just a healthcare provider; they are a beacon of hope and comfort in times of adversity.
