Honestly was skeptical ki ghar pe proper palliative care mil sakta hai like in hospital. We were completely wrong. The team actually listened to what my grandfather wanted, kept him comfortable, aur nurse was there during the hard moments. It wasn’t clinical or cold it was truly humane. Best care he’s received. They have provided good resources, changeovers and also request for changes in personnel have been addressed effectively.
